The Poltimore Pods are solid construction units, they are purpose built and designed to offer comfortable holidays in fully furnished pods that offer great value for money and all of the modern conveniences that you need. The pods are all fully insulated and centrally heated with double glazing and are available through the whole of the year. The pods offer high quality holiday accommodation in a glamping pods style with all of the benefits of being warm, solid and comfortable.
Lodges with Shared Secure Access
There are two pods in each lodge that share the same entrance. Each pod has its own lockable door and two pods can be booked together making them ideal for families. Each pod sleeps two people with the countryside views pods having a superking sized bed and the other lodges having two single beds. They are all fully furnished including linen, bath towels, hand towels and bedding, coffee making facilities and a flatscreen tv with Freeview. All pods have their own large en-suite shower room. They are spacious with large shower, wash hand basin, wc and heated towel rail.
Pods for 2 or 4 People
The pods are designed to be flexible, offering high quality holiday accommodation for everyone. They are ideal for a couple looking for an inexpensive place to stay as a base for exploring Exmoor. Families with children that want their own independence, or travellers looking for a stop off point on their further travels. Set on the Edge of Exmoor
The pods are in the grounds of the Poltimore Inn, they are a good distance from the Inn and are accessed by hard paths with lock down facilities for bikes and motorbikes. The area is peaceful with beautiful countryside views along the valley with Exmoor to the North. There is an abundance of wildlife in the area and the views are dominated by farmland and the moors. North Molton itself is a village that has retained a lot of its traditional farming character, it is a quiet village with a fantastic local community that is warm and welcoming.
